Terms for Cancellation & Refund

At Sky Wander Holidays, we request all guests to carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy before making any booking or payment. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.

Advance Payment Policy

To confirm any booking, customers are required to make 100% advance payment. Bookings will be considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case a confirmed booking is cancelled by the customer, the following refund structure will apply:

• 30 days or more prior to the travel date – 50% of the total amount will be refunded
• 25 days prior to the travel date – 40% of the total amount will be refunded
• 20 days prior to the travel date – 30% of the total amount will be refunded
• 15 days prior to the travel date – 20% of the total amount will be refunded
• 10 days prior to the travel date – 10% of the total amount will be refunded

Note: Cancellations made within 10 days of the travel date or in case of no-show will not be eligible for any refund.

Sky Wander Holidays reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
