These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Sky Wander Holidays. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Payments

A deposit or full advance payment is required to confirm all bookings. For group bookings, full payment must be completed at least 90 days prior to the travel date. For individual (FIT) bookings, full payment must be completed at least 60 days before departure.

Certain services such as train tickets, peak season hotels, special events, festivals, or customized tours may require 100% non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or credit/debit cards (Visa/MasterCard). Applicable bank or gateway charges will be borne by the customer.

Prices

All prices are quoted per person based on twin/double sharing unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, tips, insurance, passport/visa fees, or any items not mentioned in the itinerary.

Prices are subject to change due to airline fare fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier revisions. Sky Wander Holidays reserves the right to revise prices in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled or unused services will be processed as per the applicable cancellation policy. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source and may take 15–30 working days depending on banking procedures.

No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons, late arrival, early departure, or no-show.

Special Events & Seasonal Bookings

Special events, peak season bookings, customized group tours, and selected hotels may have different payment, cancellation, and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal accidents. Sky Wander Holidays does not provide insurance coverage.

Group Conduct

Sky Wander Holidays reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the group. Any costs arising from such action will be borne solely by the traveler.

Age Requirements

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Necessary consent documents are the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Booking Information

Accurate personal details including name, age, ID proof, and travel documents must be provided at the time of booking. Sky Wander Holidays is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Airfare

Tour prices do not include airfare unless explicitly mentioned. Flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and changes are governed by airline policies. Sky Wander Holidays is not responsible for airline disruptions.

Hotel Check-In / Check-Out

Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 10:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Passports & Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel permits. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Sky Wander Holidays is not responsible for denied entry due to documentation issues.

Force Majeure

Sky Wander Holidays shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Third-Party Suppliers

Services provided by hotels, transport operators, airlines, and activity providers are subject to their own terms. Sky Wander Holidays acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for their acts or omissions.

Acceptance of Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Sky Wander Holidays, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree not to hold the company liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from such activities.

Privacy Policy

Sky Wander Holidays respects your privacy and safeguards your personal information. Data collected is used only for booking, communication, and service improvement and will not be shared without consent except as required by law.

Amendments

Sky Wander Holidays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
